    I was hoping for a LOL or two–I always do when I make a rant for whatever reason. Sometimes the silly translates a lot better when I am speaking, sometimes when writing–aaand sometimes not at all! :D

    thats funny…but ture. there is a need for some kind of law to stop peole driving when on the phone.

    I agree with that, and if I remember correctly some states do already! I think there might be some laws in place now for use of hands free!

    California does have a law against people driving while holding a cell phone. But they can still use a headset or speakerphone and gesticulate madly while talking; the amount of brain power required to do that still sends them veering all over the road at unpredictable speeds. Absolutely wanktastic!
