When I have seen any of the latest shows it just seems so cheesy and over the top, maybe it has always been that way but it doesn't have the appeal it once did. I did not watch the original Doctor Who series. Either because I was too young or because I had just never heard about it; maybe both. However, I too am absolutely in love with David Tennant. He made me love the Doctor Who series. Christopher Eccleston didn't really do it for me. Maybe it's a difference in tastes. I like me the skinny, pretty boys. Other women prefer the big beefcakes. I also like the goofy, crazy wide-eyed monkey thing that you refer to. It's true, and I love it. Any more than that I can't tell you.
